5-Minute Quickstart

Learn how to build, test, and ship your first production workflow to Cloudflare Workers using Nodes2Cloud.

1

Connect Your Cloudflare Account

Nodes2Cloud compiles each workflow and deploys it to your own Cloudflare account. Webhook traffic, run data and KV storage stay in that account.

Two connection options are available:

  • Cloudflare OAuth (Recommended): 1-click authorization via the Cloudflare dashboard. Automatically grants necessary Workers and KV permissions.
  • Scoped API Token: Provide an Account ID and an API Token with Workers Scripts: Edit and Account Storage KV: Edit permissions.
2

Build Your First Workflow on Canvas

Click New Workflow to open the infinite canvas. Workflows begin with a trigger node:

Webhook Trigger

Listens for HTTP POST / GET requests from Stripe, GitHub, or any third-party service.

Cron / Scheduled Trigger

Runs automatically on a periodic schedule via Cloudflare Cron Triggers (e.g. 0 * * * *).

Drag an outgoing wire from your Trigger to an action node (e.g. OpenAI, Slack Message, or HTTP Request). Use expressions like $json.body.user_email to map incoming data.

3

Test Execution Live in Canvas

Before deploying, click the Run button on individual nodes or select Run Graph from the toolbar.

Interactive Test Sandbox:

Nodes execute in real time using authenticated browser proxies. Inspect step outputs, formatted JSON payloads, and intermediate states directly in the inspector sheet without touching production.

4

Deploy with 1-Click to Cloudflare

Click the Deploy button in the top right. Nodes2Cloud will:

  1. Validate graph topology, types, and subrequest quotas.
  2. Compile the canvas graph into a standalone, optimized ES module Worker script.
  3. Provision a dedicated Cloudflare KV namespace for step telemetry and state persistence.
  4. Upload the bundle to your Cloudflare account and provide a live public HTTPS endpoint.

Next Step: Let Your Coding Agent Build It

Connect Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code to the remote MCP server with one command and a browser sign-in. Your agent writes and checks the graph; its deploys wait for your approval by default.
