Pricing

The plans below are the current, binding price list and form part of our Terms of Service.

Currency and payment methods

• Customers with an Indian billing address are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay, which supports cards, UPI, net banking and wallets.
• All other customers are charged in US Dollars (USD) through Stripe.
• Where a price is displayed in one currency and charged in another, conversion happens at the rate applied at the time of the transaction. Your bank or card issuer may add its own conversion or cross-border fee, which we do not receive and cannot refund.
• We never handle your card, UPI or bank details. Payment is completed on the provider’s own hosted checkout page.

Tax

All prices are exclusive of taxes unless a page explicitly says otherwise. The applicable tax — Goods and Services Tax at 18% for Indian customers, or the equivalent in your jurisdiction — is calculated and added at checkout, and is shown on your invoice.

Business customers can add a GSTIN or VAT number during checkout so it appears on the invoice.

Billing cycle

• Self-serve plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
• Annual billing is available for enterprise arrangements only, under a separate written agreement. Contact support@nodes2cloud.com.
• Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you keep what you paid for.
• We give 30 days’ notice by email before any price increase, effective from your next renewal.

AI credits

• AI credits meter use of the workflow assistant. Credits included with a plan are granted per billing period and do not roll over.
• Credit packs can be purchased separately at any time, on any plan, and remain available while your account is open.
• Credits are a metering unit, not currency. They have no cash value and are not transferable.
• Using AI credits ends your refund eligibility for that billing period — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy before you start.

What is not included

Your subscription pays for the Nodes2Cloud builder, compiler and deployment pipeline. It does not cover:

• Cloudflare’s own charges. Deployed workflows run in your Cloudflare account on your own contract with Cloudflare, who bill you directly for compute, storage and bandwidth. Cloudflare’s free tier covers a great deal, but the relationship and the bill are yours. See section 4 of the Terms.
• Third-party service costs. If a workflow calls an API you pay for, that provider bills you.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from Billing in the editor. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and there is no cancellation fee. Refund eligibility is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
