Shipping & Delivery
Delivery & Service Availability
In short
Nodes2Cloud is a digital service. Nothing is physically shipped — there are no goods, no couriers, no tracking numbers and no delivery charges.
Access is provisioned automatically and immediately once your payment is confirmed, and is used at app.nodes2cloud.com in any modern browser.
1. Nothing is shipped
Nodes2Cloud sells access to a web-based software service. We do not sell, stock or dispatch any physical product. Consequently:
- There are no shipping or handling charges — ever.
- There are no delivery addresses, courier partners or tracking numbers.
- There is no packaging, and nothing to return physically.
This page exists because payment processors require a delivery policy from every merchant. For a digital service, “delivery” means provisioning access — described below.
2. How access is delivered
Delivery is entirely electronic and fully automated:
- You complete payment on Dodo Payments’ or Razorpay’s hosted checkout page.
- The payment provider confirms the transaction to our systems over a signed, verified notification.
- Your account entitlements are updated automatically — the plan, its limits and its included AI credits.
- The new features become available in the editor at
app.nodes2cloud.com. A page refresh is sometimes needed. - A payment receipt is emailed to you by the payment provider, and your invoice history is available in your billing settings.
Nothing is emailed to you as a licence key or download, and nothing needs installing. Your existing login is the delivery mechanism.
3. Delivery timing
| Purchase | Typical activation | Worst case |
|---|---|---|
| New subscription | Immediate | Within 30 minutes |
| Plan upgrade or downgrade | Immediate | Within 30 minutes |
| AI credit pack | Immediate | Within 30 minutes |
| Monthly or annual renewal | Automatic, no interruption | — |
The “worst case” allows for a delayed confirmation from the payment provider, or for a bank holding a transaction for additional verification. Delivery is never queued or processed manually by us.
4. If your access does not appear
If you have paid and the features have not activated, work through this in order:
- Refresh the page, or sign out and back in. Entitlements are cached briefly in your browser session.
- Check your billing page in the editor. If it shows the new plan, the purchase went through and the delay is only in the interface.
- Check for a receipt email from Dodo Payments or Razorpay, including your spam folder. No receipt usually means the payment did not complete.
- Wait 30 minutes. Delayed provider confirmations resolve by themselves.
- Contact us at support@nodes2cloud.com with your transaction ID and the email address on your account. We will resolve it within 2 business days, and sooner in practice.
If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get a full refund regardless of the usual windows in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. What you need in order to use the service
Delivery is complete once your entitlements are active. To actually use Nodes2Cloud you need:
- A current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, and an internet connection.
- Your own Cloudflare account, in order to deploy workflows. Cloudflare accounts are obtained from Cloudflare directly and are free to create. Any charges Cloudflare levies for running your workflows are billed to you by Cloudflare, not by us — see section 4 of the Terms.
- Credentials for any third-party services you want a workflow to talk to. Those are yours to obtain.
You can build, edit and test workflows without a Cloudflare account. It is needed only to deploy.
6. Where we deliver
Nodes2Cloud is available worldwide wherever access is lawful. Customers with an Indian billing address are charged in INR through Razorpay; customers elsewhere are charged through Dodo Payments, in their local currency where we publish a fixed local price and otherwise in USD. Taxes are applied at checkout at the rate applicable to your billing country.
We do not provide the service where doing so would breach applicable sanctions or export controls.
7. How long access lasts
- Subscriptions run for one month or one year, depending on the billing period you chose (the Maintenance plan is monthly only), and renew automatically until cancelled.
- AI credit packs are added to your balance and remain available while your account is open. Plan-included credits are granted per billing period and do not roll over.
- On cancellation, access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Workflows already deployed to your Cloudflare account keep running whatever happens to your subscription. They are yours.
