Quick answers
- Do you store the data my workflows process?
- No. Workflows are compiled into code that runs in your own Cloudflare account. See section 2 of the Privacy Policy for the three narrow exceptions, all of which are in-transit only.
- Can I get a refund?
- A first subscription payment is refundable within 7 days if no AI credits have been used. Full detail in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Who else sees my data?
- Only the sub-processors listed at Sub-processors. We run no analytics or advertising trackers of any kind.
- Do I own the code you generate?
- Yes — perpetually and irrevocably, including after you stop paying. See section 5.2 of the Terms.
- What happens to my Google data?
- It goes into your own Worker, not our database, and is never used for advertising or model training. See Google API Limited Use.
- I need a signed DPA for procurement.
- Our Data Processing Addendum is already in force without signature. If you need a counter-signed copy, email legal@nodes2cloud.com.
- I found a security issue.
- Email security@nodes2cloud.com. Our disclosure policy is on the Security page.
